Machine for washing boxes. The machine is designed for washing boxes with dimensions of max. 600 x 400 x 400. It consists of four modules: tunnel, washing zone, rinsing zone, conveyor. The design of the machine allows its further expansion by adding modules such as the blower module. The speed of the conveyor chain is regulated by a frequency converter. The water tank is thermally insulated to avoid additional heat loss. The operation of the pump is controlled by a sensor in such a way that the pump is turned on only when there is a box inside the tunnel, which allows you to additionally save water. The water used for rinsing is then sent to the main tank. The water level and temperature in the main tank are controlled automatically. The machine is equipped with a detergent dosing device.
