Test sample of forwarder AMKODOR 2682-01 8x8 for work on swampy and hard-to-reach areas. It is intended for collection, loading and transportation on the territory of the forest cuttings, along haulage and logging roads of assortments and other round timber materials, as well as for carrying out loading and unloading operations, sorting and warehousing operations in the assortment technology of wood harvesting.
The eight-wheel base chassis significantly increases the machine's cross-country ability due to lower specific pressure on the soil. Thanks to a hydromechanical gearbox with a hydrotransformer, the machine is able to move over considerable distances under its own power, developing a speed of up to 28 km/h, which allows it to independently deliver the cargo to thewarehouse woodworking enterprise on its last flight. Forwarder AMKODOR 2682-01 is equipped with a front blade. Poluramy are connected to each other with the help of a horizontal-vertical hinge. When the working equipment is activated, the horizontal-vertical hinge is automatically blocked to ensure the stability of the machine. Illumination of the working area in the dark is carried out with the help of 12 headlights with halogen lamps installed on the roof of the cabin. To facilitate starting the diesel engine at low ambient temperatures, the machine is equipped with an autonomous engine pre-heater by EBERSPEHER (Germany). The comfortable operating temperature of the operator is provided by the air conditioner-heater installed in the cabin. To improve cross-country ability on swampy terrain and snow cover, the machine can additionally be equipped with tracks.
