The use of a combination of two working bodies - a ring-spur disc F520 and a toothed KZK ring F530 made it possible to make the roller a universal and highly efficient unit due to:
- finer grinding of lumps of earth. A toothed ring is installed between the ring-spurdisks;
- more dense rolling of the soil. The weight of the roller is increased by 250 kg compared toroller KKSH-6G.
- self-cleaning of working bodies due to the oscillatory motion of the gear ring.
The rink was created on the basis of the design of the KZK-6P rink.
Constructive changes aimed at increasing reliability and durability were implemented during the production of the rink:
- the use of ring-spur disks F520 mm in combination with gear rings KZK F530;
- adjustment of the axial clearances of the working bodies without disassembling the bearing assembly;
-strengthening of the frame in highly loaded nodes;
-increasing the rigidity of the rink structure due to stretching; 160
