KGSh-12 field wide-grip cultivator is intended for continuous soil cultivation, forpre-sowing processing, as well as for cultivation onsteamed plots. The design of the frame and working bodies allow the cultivator to work very efficiently and evenly and level the top layer of the soil to a depth of 5 to 13 cm.
For the best leveling of the field and grinding of large lumps, the cultivator is equipped with a finishing spring harrow. The cross-section of the rake of the spring harrow is 12 mm. The design of the cultivator allows you to significantly increase the service life of the cultivator parts, which is extremely important when assessing the cost of service work and repairs. Non-stop spring mechanisms on the working bodies prevent the frame from breaking and damage to the struts and boom legs in the event of a collision in the ground with stones or slabs. The KGSH cultivator performs several operations in one pass, thus allowing to achieve economy of fuel and lubricants, as well as reduction of depreciation and working time of the tractor. Three-section floating type frame and tandem suspensionwheels allow you to perfectly copy the topography of the field, avoiding gaps during cultivation.
The wide spacing of the leg racks and the increased clearance of the subframe space completely exclude mud clogging with harvest residues. The cultivator is adapted to work at a high working speed (up to 13 km/h), which allows to achieve greater productivity. The total working width of the cultivator is from 4 to 12 m. The working width of the cultivator is optimally calculated according to the nominal power of the tractor. The recommended power of the tractor is 22-26 hp. per 1 meter width of the cultivator.
