Aggregatedisc AGK-4 soil tillage combined with with working bodies of increased resource, providing a pressure of more than 170 kg per 1 disk, intended for the processing of compacted soils, the destruction of weeds and the grinding of plant residues after harvesting thick-stemmed plowed crops, for the care of meadows and pastures, as well as for the basic processing and preparation of soil for sowing using the Mini-Till technology.

The structural solution consists in the fact that two-disk sections arranged in two rows on the frame of the unit are installed on spring-loaded individual racks. A distance of 250 mm betweenadjacent disks, 1300 mm between rows at an angle of attack of 15 ̊ and an angle of inclination of the disks of 6 ̊ ensures complete cutting of weeds, intensive mixing of the soil and excludes clogging of the unit between rows, when processing weedy agrofons. At the same time, the traction resistance is reduced by 15-20% compared to similar guns.

During soil processing, the spring-loaded racks of the cutting unit smoothly bypass the obstacle, performing low-frequency oscillatory movements, due to which the disks self-clean from plant residues and sticking.
After processing the soil with the AGK-4.0 aggregate, the field surface is leveled, compacted, and a mulch cover is preserved on it, protecting the fertile layer from drying out and erosion.

Constructive features of AGK-4.0:
