Sterilizer GK-100 is intended for sterilization with water-saturated steam under excess pressure of medical products made of metals, glass,
rubber and other materials, the effect of steam on which does not change their functional properties.
Construction materials
The outer panels, the sterilization chamber, the heat-protective cover of the doors in contact with liquids and steam are made of high-alloy stainless steel and provide corrosion resistance of the sterilizer to environments saturated with vapors of organic and inorganic acids, including chlorine-containing ones, as well as resistance to intercrystalline corrosion.
The main design characteristics
1. The volume of the sterilization chamber, not less than 100 l, mm - inner diameter 400
- depth 830
2. Overall dimensions of the sterilizer mm, - 1460x600x1150
3. power supply voltage, V/Hz – 380/50(60)
4. Power consumption, kW,
5. Sterilizer warm-up time, min., no more than 35

Electric heaters are divided into two groups, which allows you to eliminate the inertia of the temperature set, ensure its more accurate maintenance in the specified range of values, and reduce the power consumption. Automatic pumping of water into the steam generator from the
built-in capacity-accumulator, without stopping the sterilization mode. Control of the current pressure and temperature in the
steam generator and the sterilization chamber. Air supply system to the chamber through a bacterial filter with a retention capacity of 0.3 μm. Built-in system for cooling steam when it is discharged into the sewer. Presence of a system of protection against unauthorized opening of the door. Vacuum drying of sterilized products. The average failure time is not less than 3000 cycles.
The average service life is at least 10 years.
Manufacturer's warranty period is 24 months.
Characteristics of work modes
Control of the steam-water system in the process of performing the working sterilization modes is carried out by a semi-automatic method, using buttons and electromagnetic valves, without the use of manual ball valves.
Modes of sterilization:
1 mode (t°C — MPa — min): 121 (+1) — 0.11 (+0.02) — 20 (+2)
2 mode (t°C — MPa — min): 126 (±1) — 0.14 (±0.02) — 10 (+2)
3 mode (t°C — MPa — min): 134 (±2) — 0.20 (±0.02) — 5 (+2)
