The key to the cultivator's reliability is its frame, which consists of three sections - the central one and two wings. All bearing elements of the frame are made of durable profile pipes of high rigidity. The wings are hingedly connected to the central frame and are moved to the transport position by two hydraulic cylinders, which provide a 110° rotation of the wings. At the same time, the center of gravity of the wings shifts to the center of gravity of the middle frame, which, with a sufficiently wide wheelbase, determines the high stability of the cultivator when moving over rough terrain.

The cultivator is designed according to the semi-trailer scheme and is aggregated with the tractor with the help of a height-adjustable, long traction-coupling device of high stiffness, which allows to minimize the influence of the displacement of the trailer point during the movement of the tractor, and also significantly increases the maneuverability of the "tractor-cultivator" unit when turning.

Cultivators with a working width of up to 8.4 meters inclusively equipped with four single-axle wheeled mechanisms, with a working width of more than 10 meters - four mechanisms equipped with two-wheeled balancing carts with a 700 mm wheelbase, which ensures maximum stability of the cultivator during operation and precise processing at the specified depth.

The working clearance of the cultivator (from the bottom of the frame to the sole of the paw) is 710 mm, which, together with the 4-row (grip width up to 8.4 meters inclusive) or 5-row (grip width over 10 meters) arrangement of working bodies with the smallest distance between adjacent ones in the row of 690 mm, completely eliminates clogging of the subframe space with harvest and plant residues. And with an intercenter distance of 230 mm between adjacent flat-cut legs with a grip width of 310 mm (mutual overlap of 80 mm), 100% cutting of any weeds is ensured.

The significant (more than 120 kg on the toe of the paw) force of the safety spring allows you to work very hard soil to a strictly specified depth.

Finishing is provided by a 3-row spring-tine harrow and a 255 strip rolling roller with adjustable pressing force and a 100mm strip track step.

The processing depth range is smoothly regulated from 0 cm to 17 cm (and deeper).

Adjustment of the depth of the cultivator stroke is provided by 4 screw screeds, which change the angle of inclination of the hydraulic wheel mechanisms. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinders are completely closed during operation, and completely open during transportation. Regardless of the depth adjustment, the transport clearance will be greater than 300 mm. Access to the control elements is convenient, as all points are located near the front bar of the cultivator.

The sectional device of the frame allows the wings to move up and down by 5-7 degrees, which makes it possible to handle high-quality slopes, depressions and hills, accurately copying the relief.
