The SIPMA PK 4000 KOSTKA baler is an ideal machine for collecting straw, also successfully used for collecting hay. Optimal design, high operating parameters, strength and reliability of the machine - these are the qualities thanks to which this product dominated the European market.
The design of the press chamber makes it possible to adjust the degree of compression (up to approx. 180 kg/m3), to set the briquette length from 0.3 to 1.3 m, and to set the falling briquettes in different sizes.
The balanced crank-piston system increases the convenience of the operator's work and reduces the harmful effect of vibrations on the aggregated
tractor.
The hydraulic method of lifting the pickup increases the comfort and safety of work.
The use of machine protection guarantees long-term and safe operation. A one-way friction clutch on the flywheel (900 Nm) protects the drive shaft. Behind the
flywheel is additionally installed the main automatic clutch that protects the entire machine (part of the disc springs). The cut screws protect the needles and knitting machines.
Electrical wiring allows you to move on public roads without additional costs.
The bale guide ensures that the bales are transported directly to the trailer that follows the briquetting machine, which greatly reduces the labor intensity and increases the collection productivity.
