High-frequency electrosurgical device EHVA-350M/120B "Nadia-2" (model 350) is intended for coagulation and cutting of soft tissues and blood vessels of the body with high-frequency current mono-polar or bipolar electrodes in oncology, general surgery, traumatology and gynecology.

The device provides two types of work CUTTING and COAGULATION, as well as two modes for the type of work CUTTING - modes 1 (cutting), 2 (mixed) and two modes M (monopolar coagulation), B (bipolar coagulation) - for the type of work COAGULATION. Maximum output power at optimal load and types of work: CUTTING - mode 1 - 350±50 W; mode 2 - 200±40 W; COAGULATION - mode M - 200±40 W; mode B - 120±20 W.

Minimum output power at optimal load and types of work, no more than: CUTTING - mode 1, 2 - 10 W; COAGULATION - modes M, B - 5 W. Regulation of the output power in all operating modes is discrete from minimum to maximum.

Optimum load - CUTTING - mode 1 - 500±50 Ohm; CUTTING - mode 2 - 300±50 Ohm; COAGULATION - mode M - 300±50 Ohm; COAGULATION - mode B -100±50 Ohm. Load range - 10-5000 Ohm.

The main frequency of the output high-frequency signal is 440±10 kHz (CUTTING - mode 1, COAGULATION - mode B). Modulation of the output high-frequency signal: CUTTING - mode 2 - 22±2.2 kHz; COAGULATION - mode M - 22±2.2 kHz. The device provides a light indication of the power supply voltage, types and modes of operation, changes in the level of output power and sound frequency and timbre accompaniment of changes in the modes of operation. The device is controlled using the control buttons on the front panel of the device and the foot pedal, while the control buttons on the front panel of the device enable operation modes, increase and decrease the output power level, and the foot pedal - enable CUTTING or COAGULATION mode of operation (supplying HF voltage to the working electrode) by pressing the left or right platform of the pedal, respectively.

The power supply voltage of the device is 220±22 V AC mains voltage with a frequency of 50±1 Hz. The power consumed by the device is no more than 600 VA.

The time the device is ready for work after connecting it to the network - no more than 5 seconds.

During 8 hours, the device provides operation with maximum output power at optimal load in repeated short-term mode with a subsequent 2-hour break: the time of turning on the output HF voltage is 10 s., the pause time is 30 s. The time of the device being permanently connected to the power supply network is no more than 8 hours.

Dimensions of the electronic unit - 300x220x120 mm, pedals - 200x230x50 mm. The weight of the electronic unit is no more than 3.5 kg, the pedals are 1 kg. The length of the cable connecting the electronic unit and the pedal is at least 3 m.

The device is complete with: a passive electrode, a holder of active electrodes, bipolar tweezers with a holder of bipolar tweezers, two active electrodes-knives. Additional equipment is possible at the Customer's request for a separate payment. The designated resource of the device is 5 years, the average failure time is at least 1000 hours.
