Kobza - short-stemmed (up to 110 cm) winter ryerye of Nosivska selection with a potential of up to 10 t/ha (8.6 t/ha on Nosivska SDS) and rare forrye grain size — weight of 1000 grains up to 60 g. The variety is bushy and when thinned grows in spring, resistant to powdery mildew, brown and stem rust and germination stumps; the fall number is more than 220-280 and excellent flour-milling and bread-making qualities. Recommended for Forest Steppe and Polissia.
