Dose methods of preparing strips from the varroa mite:
For 60 cardboard strips (or veneer strips), we take 1 kg of glycerin and 600 g of oxalic acid. Heat the glycerin in the
container to a temperature of 60 degrees (if the temperature of the glycerin exceeds 60 degrees, oxalic acid will become formic when added). Stir the oxalic acid until the powder is completely dissolved, the liquid in the container should become transparent, if the liquid cools down quickly, you can additionally turn on a small fire, but at the same time do not allow the liquid to be heated above 60 degrees. Lower the strips of liquid, hermetically close the container for 10-12 hours. It is not recommended to use during medical collection.
