Basic description:

The Z-7 sprocket (7 teeth) on the ZM-60 grain thrower is a highly loaded part of the feeder gearbox, the rhythmicity of the grain supply and the productivity of the entire complex depend on its technical condition. If the feeder chain "jumps", the equipment works jerkily or there is a loss of power, the reason is most often hidden in the wear of the sprocket teeth. We offer a reliable solution so that your equipment works without downtime during the season.

This part is a high-quality cast iron with an elongated hub, which provides resistance to shock loads. Z-7 teeth (chain pitch t-38) are cut on the crown of the sprocket, and a ⌀25 mm mounting hole is bored in the hub. For reliable fixation on the shaft, a keyway and a hole for a stopper are provided. The star is mounted on the output shaft of the ZP 02.616 gearbox housing of the ZP 02.106. This reducer is included in the ZP 02.300 cover assembly and is installed in the lower part of the loading ZP 02.000 conveyor of the grain thrower / grain loader ZM-60 (and also ZM-90 produced by the Mochalin Agro Walnut Plant). In the ZM-60 catalog, the part has the position ZS 1041.

Why is this a profitable investment in your equipment?
Replacing a worn sprocket is not just a repair, but an investment in the reliability of the equipment.
