Transportation of grain and grinding products is carried out using a pneumatic system, which includes a fan, two unloaders, a cyclone, air ducts and product ducts with pneumatic receivers. Dried and cleaned grain of tooth-shaped or semi-tooth-shaped corn is loaded into the hopper and fed to the receiving roller machine. Grinding products from the roller machine are sent to the grain screening machine through product lines, which separates the corn grinding products into four fractions. 3 electric motors with a total power of 8.45 kW were installed to drive the mill. The mill is controlled from the control panel. Individual thermal protection of all electric motors is provided at the mill. If necessary, the mill can be stopped completely, for which an emergency stop button is installed.
