Type of part: Sprocket Z-10 (10 teeth) with a seating diameter of 30 mm for the conveyor of the ZM-90 loading grain thrower. This part is the "heart" of the loading conveyor drive: it is made in the form of a cast iron with a reinforced elongated hub. Teeth (Z-10, chain pitch t-38 mm) are cut on the crown of the sprocket, and a ⌀30 mm shaft mounting hole with a keyway and an additional hole for reliable axial fixation with a set screw is precisely bored into the hub. The asterisk is mounted on the ZP 02.601 shaft in the upper part of the loading ZP 02.000 conveyor of the ZM-90 grain thrower (produced by the Mochalin Agro Orekhovsky Plant). Its task is to transmit torque from the ZP 02.060 conveyor chain to the shaft, ensuring uninterrupted grain supply. In the ZM-90 catalog you can see the unit as a whole. The catalog number for the order is N.023.211-02.
