Sorrel "The Green Tale" — early ripening variety. The vegetation period from seedlings to mass cutting is 40–45 days. The rosette is elevated, spread out. The leaf is elongated-oval, green, slightly blistered. The length of the plate is 11–18 cm, the width is 5–8 cm, the length of the petiole is 11–16 cm. Every 3–4 years, sorrel planting needs renewal. The variety is winter-hardy and drought-resistant.

Sowing: Sowing is carried out in open ground in early spring, summer or winter to a depth of 1–1.5 cm. The optimal temperature for plant growth is 15–20°C.
