Product description:

The main problem of livestock farms? Equipment downtime due to wear of the chain or broken scrapers, which stops manure cleaning and creates unsanitary conditions in cowsheds and pig houses. The solution here is the TSN-160A scraper manure removal conveyor (repair kit and components), which guarantees the reliability and durability of your manure removal system.

What is the TSN-160A scraper manure removal conveyor?
This is a complete set of elements for repairing and restoring the TSN-160A horizontal conveyor. Unlike buying entirely new equipment, replacing worn parts is an investment in your farm's profitability with minimal cost. We offer to buy components manufactured strictly according to TU U in accordance with GOST, which guarantees their complete interchangeability with original parts.

Technical characteristics and composition:
The main element is a high-strength scraper chain (round-link, calibrated) made of heat-treated steel 23G2A, 8th strength class (hardness 30 HRC). This provides a tensile strength of up to 24 tons.
The standard repair kit includes:

Chain (length L-160 m) for horizontal section.

Metal scrapers (from a corner of 50x50 mm) are the main working body for moving mass.

Brackets (St3 steel).

Fasteners (bolts, nuts, washers) with anti-corrosion coating.

Catalog number: KSG-7-07
The design provides for "floating" or rigid fixation of the scrapers (they are screwed to the bracket with two bolts), which makes the TSN-160A scraper manure removal conveyor universal for various types of suspension.
