Full product description:
Transporter TSN-3B | L-13.6m выгрузная chain (scraper scraper выгрузной / наклонный) is a ready-made repair kit for restoring the operability of your equipment. If the old chain is broken, worn or stretched, and buying a completely new conveyor is an unreasonably high investment in farm repair, then our chain will be the ideal solution. This equipment fully complies with GOST and TU U 28.3-40253905-001:2018, which guarantees factory reliability.

Unlike artisanal analogues, our L-13.6m unloading chain is manufactured strictly according to the drawings of catalog number TSN-3B/KSG-3B. It is intended for operation in harsh conditions of an aggressive manure removal environment and ensures stable operation of the inclined conveyor.

Construction and materials (Technical characteristics):
The kit consists of high-strength elements connected to the traction circuit:

Chain plates: Made from a hot-rolled strip of grade 5ps steel. The increased carbon content provides a margin of safety at peak loads.

Axis / Finger (ТСН.00.611): Made of grade 45 steel with subsequent heat treatment (hardening). This is critically important for protection against abrasion in the joints of the links.

Scraper (ТСН.00.755): Made of hot-rolled angle 50x50 mm, shelf thickness — 4 mm. This provides rigidity and effective mass capture.

Fastening elements: slats with a clamp (ТСН.00.531) and without a clamp (ТСН.00.496), as well as brackets (ТСН.00.599, ТСН.01.595) provide reliable fixation of scrapers.

Drive sprocket (ТСН.00.144): If necessary, it can also be ordered from us (it is made of 25 mm sheet steel).

✅ Why is this a profitable purchase? (Working with client's objections and pain)
Every farmer knows that idle equipment due to a broken chain is a direct loss. We offer a solution that will save your budget:

Economy without loss of quality: The cost of our repair kit is many times lower than the price of a new transporter. You get "native" parts at the factory price.

100% compatibility: The parts fit perfectly into the standard positions of the TSN-3B transporter. No file fitting or wrangling required.

Solves the problem of wear: If the conveyor "slips" or the scrapers do not reach the bottom of the manure channel, the problem is the wear of the chain or scrapers. Our kit completely restores the contour geometry.
