A simple modified mid-ripening hybrid (FAO 310).

Originator: DUInstitute of grain crops NAAS of Ukraine.
Listed in the Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine since 2023.
The direction of use is grain.

Cultivation zone - Step.

The plant is 220–230 cm tall, in the cool spring, slight bushiness can be observed. The height of the cob attachment is 85–95 cm.

Kacha n - 24–25 cm long, cylindrical in shape, the number of rows of grains is 16, the stem is red. Grain yield is 82.2%.(//tractor-service.com)
Grain - yellow-orange, tooth-shaped. Weight of 1000 grains 270–290 g.

The hybrid is highly resistant to arid conditions and heat, a homeostatic type and is therefore recommended mainly for grain.

On average, in 2020–2022, the hybrid DS Sula exceeded the hybrids analogs DK Burshtyn and DK Veles by 0.30–0.42 t/ha at lower grain moisture during harvesting by 2.0–2.5%. The hybrid is resistant to lodging and damage by major diseases and pests, is characterized by good cold resistance, but develops slowly in the initial stages.

The recommended pre-harvest density of plants in the Steppe is 50–60 thousand units/ha.

Yield potential - grain 16.5 t/ha. Maximum
the yield in 2021 at the National Academy of Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences was 11.13 t/ha. In the ecological test of ISHPS of the National Academy of Sciences (Sumy) in 2022.
the grain yield of this hybrid reached 12.3 t/ha with a grain moisture content of 29.4%.
