Kacha n up to 21-22 cm long, conical-cylindrical shape, number of rows of grains 14-16, stem red. Grain yield is 81.3%.
The grain is yellow-orange, flint-toothed, round-oblong in shape.
The weight of 1000 grains is about 270 g.
According to the genetic model, DN Kiyakha is a continuation of the series of well-known hybrids Dniprovskyi 181 SV and DN Pyvikha. The plants of the DN Kiyakha hybrid are taller and more resistant to cold, which allows the placement of crops in Ukraine and in northern countries with a cool climate. In terms of grain yield, the DN Pyvykha hybrid exceeds the standard by 0.42-0.84 t/ha, with the same moisture content of the grain during harvesting, it accumulates dry matter faster. The hybrid has good resistance to root and stem lodging, is characterized by good resistance to drought and heat, high resistance to volatile and bubbly soot and fusarium mold. The hybrid responds well to the improvement of growing conditions, develops well on backgrounds with low agrobackground, is characterized by intensive moisture transfer by grain.
The recommended pre-harvest density of plants in the Steppe zone is 60, Forest Steppe - 80, Polissia 80-90 thousand units/ha.
