Application: Mastic is intended for the device of roll-free roofing carpet both in factory and in built conditions with prefabricated reinforced concrete roofing panels, for repair of roll-free roofs and roofs made of roll materials, waterproofing of building structures, joints, seams and connections.

Mastic is produced of the same MB-X-120 Ecobit brand, it is recommended to be laid on both flat and pitched roofs with any slope. The mastic has high heat resistance — not less than 120 °C and great flexibility (if a sample of 1 mm is bent on a rod with a diameter of 10 mm at -65 °C, cracks do not form. Meshalization during rupture is not less than 0.4 MPa, water absorption is not more than 2 g/m2.

The mastic is laid on a base thoroughly cleaned of dust and primed with a solution of bitumen-butyl rubber mastic in kerosene in a 2:1 ratio.

The mastic is applied in layers on the previously applied and dried layer. Consumption of mastic per 1 m2 of coating is 1.2...5 kg.
