Two-disc coulter: the heart of precision seeding

The key element of the design is a two-disc coulter mounted on a parallelogram guide, which provides:

perfect copying of the relief of the field;
stable wrapping depth even at high speeds;
easy penetration into the soil;
uniform placement of seeds due to the clamp placed between thedisks.(//tractor-service.com)
Adjustable pressure on the coulter — from 80 to 300 kg — is created by a spring system and implemented through a rubber roller, which simultaneously rolls the sowing furrow.

The articulated connection of the coulter allows it to work precisely even in fields with a complex configuration and with multiple turns.

Flexible spacing - for every need

The KASI model can be equipped with coulters with a row spacing of 17 cm, which is optimal for the vast majority of grain crops. For fields covered with a large amount of plant residues, a row spacing of 19 cm is advisable, which ensures better passage of the unit.

Sowing control system: maximum accuracy

Optionally, the planter can be equipped with a seed pipe control system, which records every failure in seed supply. In case of blockage or stoppage of the seed pipe, the operator will receive a signal on the display, which allows to avoid omissions and ensure maximum accuracy of sowing.

with a seeding control system, which makes it possible to control the flow of seeds along the seed pipe with the help of highly sensitive sensors. It is used to determine the uniformity of sowing along each seed tube.
