Vega 8 is a seeder that perfectly meets the goals of modern agriculture with maximum productivity at minimal costs. According to its technical characteristics, Vega 8 provides quality work on prepared soil, on fields with minimal preparation, and also on stubble in the presence of crushed plant residues.
The Vega 8 universal pneumatic seeder is intended for precise sowing of calibrated seeds of corn, sunflower, castor, sorghum, soybeans, as well as seeds of fodder beans, beans, lupins with simultaneous introduction of granular mineral fertilizers separately from the seeds and rolling of the soil in the rows.
It is also possible to sow uncalibrated seeds, but in this case, the accuracy will directly depend on the size and degree of damage of the seed material.
A precision seed drill provides sowing at the final density, without the use of manual labor when forming the necessary interval between plants.
Each marker is controlled independently and has a separate hydraulic cylinder.
The seeder is semi-trailer, equipped with a transport device, which allows you to move the seeder on general purpose roads without the use of additional means of transport.

The seeder is equipped with a centrifugal fan with a drive from the PTO of the tractor or from a hydraulic drive at 540 rpm.
To create a uniform vacuum necessary during sowing of heavy seeds of leguminous crops (soy, etc.), the fan of the seeder is equipped with an additional air duct, which ensures the stabilization of the air flow along the entire length of the receiver of the seeder and guarantees uniform sowing on each section.
There is a flap on the fan to regulate the rarefied air flow.
The sowing section of the Tru-Vi design with a rolling system and a wavy slotted disc is used on the seeder. The seeding device is built into the frame of the seeding section, which excludes the influence of loads from the design elements of the working bodies. Screw adjustment of the deepening of the sowing section reduces labor costs during adjustment.
V-shaped rollerroller, which has an adjustable width of rolling and compaction of the soil, ensures the pulling of moisture into the sowing area, pressing the seeds to the soil, while leaving a non-compacted layer of soil above the seed material, which contributes to earlier and friendly germination of seeds and increased productivity.
For work on untreated soil, the sowing section is equipped with a special wavy disc (disk knife), which cuts through the soil for the subsequent formation of the seed bed. When entering the soil, the waves on the disc are located perpendicular to the soil surface, which maximizes the cutting ability at the minimum required pressure. When leaving the soil, the waves on the disc are arranged parallel to the surface, which prevents wet soil from sticking. The wavy disc is characterized by the best ability to loosen the soil with minimal effort to press the harvest residues into the ground at a speed of 5.5 to 12.0 km/h. Thanks to such a design of the disk, a strip of loosened soil is formed directly in front of the sowing section.
A fat seeding device is added as an option, which consists of fat seeding devices, fat coulters, gearboxes and a drive. The design of the seeder allows, if necessary, to conveniently and quickly remove and install the device.
The amount of seeds that enters the seeding chamber from the hopper is regulated by the shutter. The comb-type dropper ensures accurate single-seed sowing. A harrow is installed on the sowing disk, which promotes better suction of seeds to the holes of the disk and improves the quality of sowing.
An unloading hatch is provided for quick removal of seeds from the chamber of the seeding device.
The chain mechanism for switching gears of seed sowing devices has 15 transmission ratios.
The gear mechanism for switching gears on fat-screening devices has 12 transmission ratios.
A distinctive feature of the seeder is that sowing is carried out practically in the zone of supportwheels of the seeding section, thus, soil irregularities completely cease to affect the seed sowing depth.
