Igniter blocks
We offer highly efficient block-type gas burners for modular (column) grain dryers of American, Turkish and domestic production and convertsuch grain dryers to work with natural gas or propane-butane. In addition, we install such burners instead of heat generators that usedfirewood and other types of fuel.
Octagonal low-flame burners ensure efficient use of fuel.
It is possible to manufacture according to the dimensions and technological needs of the customer, taking into account the appropriate power to maintain or increase the productivity of the grain dryer.
The delivery set includes:
- burner diffuser – collapsible structure made of high-temperature stainless steel
European production;
- flame control sensor;(//tractor-service.com)
- ignition electrode;
- propane-butane liquid phase vaporizer (for the PB series);
- attachment of the diffuser to the socket of the adjustable burner block;
- gas main (valves, faucets, reducer of Italian production);
- burner body made of galvanized steel;
- a fan with the ability to adjust the angle of attack made in Denmark;
- fan electric motor;
- air temperature sensor in the drying chamber;
- burner control cabinet (includes a digital temperature indicator with a critical temperature limit at which the fuel supply to the burner is automatically shut off, fan and burner start, flame control by sensor, ignition transformer.)
