The STvega VKC H300 cooking boiler is a professional equipment that is used to prepare various dishes by the cooking method in places of catering with a large flow of customers. Various soups, jams,vegetables, meat,pasta and others can be prepared in such boilers. This equipment allows you to prepare large amounts of food in a short period of time.

Principle of operation:
First, the necessary ingredients are loaded into the boiler. Then the entire volume is heated to the required temperature and cooked for a certain time according to the technological cards for a specific dish. After reaching the desired stage of readiness and consistency, the finished product is unloaded from the internal tank by means of an automatic boiler tipping system and moved to the next stage of production.

The boiler can be gas, electric or steam (optional).
