Phacelia is a universal crop that is used not only for decorative purposes, but also as a valuable cider or green fertilizer. This annual crop is able to qualitatively improve the fertility and structural composition of the soil in just one season. Phacelia is also used as a valuable fodder and honey crop. The plant blooms almost the entire warm season until the frosts, providing a large collection of nectar for bees during the period when other plants have already bloomed. It builds up green mass quite quickly and grows to a height of no more than 70 cm.
Phacelia is a crop with honey productivity - up to 300 kg of honey per hectare, sometimes it can produce up to 500 kg. This culture is absolutely undemanding to the quality of the soil, grows on any soil, even the poorest and in the shade.
