The STvega CPusher H150 machine is designed for cutting vegetables and fruits into slices or sticks, such aspotatoes, carrots, pumpkins, apples,zucchini,eggplants. The dimensions, as well as the number of chopped lobes and sticks, depends on the type of installed knife.

Principle of operation:
The product intended for slicing is installed by the operator in the loading tray. Then the operator, using a button on the control panel, starts the work of the pusher, which pushes the product through the blades of the cutting knife. The product passes through a cutting knife and is cut into slices or sticks. The size of the sticks or the number of lobes depends on the installed knife. The sliced product enters the container for finished products or the next stage of the technological process.

Important: for high-quality and efficient slicing, it is recommended to place one product at a time in the loading tray! Do not place multiple products one after the other in the loading tray!
