The STvega BW L4000 bubble bath is intended for delicate washing of leaveslettuce, berries,vegetables and fruits in a water bath without damaging the products. The bath can be used to wash and cool various seafood, fruits and vegetables after heat treatment, for example, blanching.

Working principle:
The principle of operation of the equipment is based on air supply from the bottom of the bathtub filled with water. In the washing bath, the product is affected by rising air bubbles, constantly rotating and affecting the product from all sides. There is also a directed supply of water, which creates a certain flow that moves the product. Washing nozzles are installed separately above the conveyor belt for final rinsing of the product before unloading.

The operator adjusts the required speed of the conveyor belt with the help of a frequency converter. A conveyor is used to unload the product, the conveyor belt of which can be made of such materials as: ABS plastic, stainless steel orspecial rubber according to the customer's choice. It is also possible to make a transport comb of different heights on the tape, depending on the type and size of the processed product.
