How the drying complex works
Automatic supply of raw materials:
The screw conveyor ensures a uniform flow of material to the drum.

Drying in a drum:
In a rotating drum, raw materials come into contact with hot flue gases, which evaporate moisture. Shovels inside the drum ensure uniform distribution of the material.

Humidity at the entrance: up to 50-60%.
Humidity at the exit: up to 8-12%.
Deposition of dry particles:
In the cyclone, the dry material settles, and the air is cleaned from the remains ofdust.

Cleaning of flue gases:
