The STvega Barrel Box H300 machine is designed for cleaning food containers: plastic trays, boxes and baskets used in the food production process, from various contaminants and product residues. The machine is suitable for very dirty containers, as it has the function of heating water and the possibility of adding detergent. These models are more suitable for containers after fatty products.

Principle of operation:
Contaminated packaging is installed by the operator on a chain conveyor belt, which is used to move it through the tunnel hopper. Water is supplied using a system of nozzles. The nozzles are located from different sides along the entire perimeter of the tunnel, which allows for high-quality processing of containers from all sides.

This machine is designed for cleaning very dirty and greasy containers, as it is divided into two sections: in the first section, the main stage of cleaning the containers from dirt and grease takes place with the help of hot water and detergent (the water is heated by a tubular electric heater (TEH) with a capacity of 20 kW), in the second section, the containers are cleaned with clean water from residual traces of pollution and detergent.

After passing through the tunnel bunker, the cleaned container enters the exit compartment and is removed from the conveyor belt by the operator.
