The STvega Belt Cutter Mini machine is designed for fast and accurate cutting of greens, vegetables and fruits. Good for foods such as lettuce, Beijingcabbage, white cabbage, bell pepper,eggplant, zucchini, leeks, celery and other thin, layered vegetables and greens. The size of the cut can be adjusted in the range from 1 to 25 mm, depending on the wishes of the customer.

The equipment, except for the motor and electrical part, is made of SUS 304 stainless steel, the machine is easy to maintain and clean, reliable and practical to use, meets food safety standards.

Principle of operation:
The product is placed on the conveyor belt by the operator. With the help of a conveyor, the product is transported to the cutting area, where it falls on a rotating cutting knife. Before the slicing zone, the product is subjected to the pressure mechanism, which positions the product, firmly fixing it with the help of a pressure head, which results in a higher quality and even slicing. The thickness of the slice is adjusted manually by changing the speed of the conveyor belt and the speed of rotation of the cutting knife (adjusted with the help of two frequency converters). After the slicing stage, the product enters pre-prepared containers for finished products.

Note: For the finest slicing, set the knife rotation speed to the maximum value and the speed of the conveyor belt to the minimum. For the largest possible cut, increase the speed of the tape, and on the contrary, decrease the speed of rotation of the knife.
