WHITE ARBOR MILLET
It has been in the State Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine since 2012.
BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS: variety
millet yellow White Gazebo, bred by the method of individual multiple selection using the selection index of productive potential. The variety is aurum.
The white arbor is selectively adapted to difficult climatic conditions, able to use spring moisture and short-term precipitation as efficiently as possible to form a generous harvest. According to the State Commission for Variety Testing, it ripens evenly and is twice as resistant to shedding compared to the standard. It is included in the Register of Varieties of Ukraine as a millet variety with the heaviest grain weight - weight 1000 - 7.2...10.6 g. Resistant to soot, melanosis, and millet mosquito.

Plants with a height of 80.0...96.4 cm. The stem is of medium length, the lateral shoots are few. The panicle is dense. The length of the panicle is 20.0...24.1 cm. The grain is round in shape, yellow in color, with the presence of gloss. Film density 10-15%. Technological and culinary qualities are good.
Ultra-early, under favorable conditions it reaches maturity in 45-55 days. The yield of groats is 78-84%. Porridge is bright yellow. Resistant to lodging, shedding, drought, milking ability - 9 points, suitable for direct combining, which allows you to obtain additional green mass, hay.
AGRICULTURAL TECHNIQUES: it is necessary to sow in well-warmed soil at the end of May - at the beginning of June. Only ultra-early millet is suitable for post-harvest sowing and obtaining a second harvest per year: it is sown after
winter barley, winter wheat, winter rapeseed, annual grasses.
During cultivation, it withstands worse predecessors. Achieved productivity potential in production crops from 28.4 to 74.6 t/ha.
