Crankshaft repair 1950306 CAT C13 Restoration of the place under the oil seal, Rivne region.

We restore the worn places under the oil seal of the crankshaft 195-0306 CAT C13 by the method of gas plasma spraying with subsequent boring to factory dimensions.

The method of gas plasma spraying allows you to restore parts with different degrees of damage, including equipment that is subjected to high loads during operation. Spraying has a high density and corrosion resistance of the surface, which will ensure the long-term operation of restored spare parts. After the procedure for restoring the plunger pair, the hardness indicators (layer of the applied wear-resistant coating) are as close as possible to the original, plus the geometric dimensions and initial structure of the material are preserved.
