The company will calculate and manufacture, according to the declared performance, an aerodynamic drying complex (ASK), single-circuit or double-circuit.
This drying complex is intended for drying bulk materials (sawdust,straw, sunflower husks,nut shells, etc.) to the required humidity.
Principle of operation; The raw material of the required fraction is fed directly into the expansion pipe of the drying complex with the help of an adjustable screw, where it moves into the drying chamber in the flow of the drying agent, where the main drying cycle takes place. Further, with the same flow, the dried raw material is sent to the cyclone-distributor, where the raw material is separated from the furnace gases saturated with vapors.
