We offer fasteners for capping heads, Kyiv

It is possible to solve the problem of unreliable retention of the lid in the center (cone) of the capping head by replacing the retaining balls with special retainers. The conical part is made with a rough surface, which leads to better retention of the lid.
The most common diameters are 3.8 - 4.78 - 5 and 5.2 mm.
Notches on the retaining surface correspond to the grain size of the abrasive used for processing, and can be from P20 to P2000. Or they are made smooth, for independent application of notches.(//tractor-service.com)
In this case, the kit is equipped with a special device for performing this operation.
The material of the fasteners is stainless steel AISI304.
