Universal row seeders of the U004 series are a new, modern concept of machines, the design of which is based on many years of experience and constant development of the design. Seeders have a standard working width of 2.5 m - 2.7 m - 3.0 m - 4.0 m. Seeders are machines with a traditional, mechanical sowing system and are characterized by a simple, durable design and ease of control. The machines are used in small and medium-sized farms. Machines are intended for sowing on moderately compacted soils.
Boemt S/U-0004 mounted grain seeder can be used both independently and in combination with passive or active tillage machines, for sowing after plowing or for sowing in mulch.
In order to meet the requirements associated with different soil conditions and methods of soil treatment, different types of coulters are used (at the customer's choice for an additional fee):
anchor coulters (standard)
single-disc coulters
two-disc coulters
The seeder's hopper and its V-shaped bottom ensure complete emptying of seeds. The seeding devices are driven through two gears and a chain transmission. The seed drills are equipped with a dosing system with a 60-position stepless gearbox.
As standard, the seeder is equipped with hydraulic track markers and a platform to facilitate the loading of seeds into the hopper.
The seeder can be equipped with additional equipment:
tractor wheel tracks with dental looseners,
electric switch of technological paths
electronic counter of hectares.
