The steam boiler (PVK) is used for working withgrains and fruit brews, as well as for brewing beer. This design allows you to get a product with maximum aroma and taste qualities, because PVC is twocontainers that are inserted one by one. The shirt is filled with steam or water, and the inner container is filled with raw materials. Both containers are hermetically sealed and have two hatches for easy filling and draining, maintenance and washing.
This model completely eliminates burning, because it is heated by steam. Heating takes place with the help of 3 heaters of 6 kW each (total 18 kW), installed in an external tank.
PVC is equipped with flushing nozzles (washing head) with a coupling for supplying a disinfection solution for effective cleaning. The mixer, which is installed inside, is also removable and can be mechanically washed.
On the outer part of the shirt, the necessary safety, drainage, heating and PVC control units are installed. Also a manometer for measuring pressure in a larger cube. An emergency valve that reduces excess steam pressure.
