Sleeves are made on high-tech equipment exclusively from primary raw materials, taking into account many years of global experience in the production ofsleeves for grain storage and fodder in open ground on all types of surfaces.
The polymer sleeve consists of two white layers and one black:
- white layers reflect sunlight and prevent temperature rise inside the sleeve;
- the inner black layer protects the product from the penetration of direct sunlight inside the sleeve;(//tractor-service.com)
Thus, grain is stored in a closed environment, in an anaerobic state: in the environment of an optimally loaded and closed sleeve, the level of oxygen naturally decreases and the level of carbon dioxide increases, which allows grain to be preserved and stored for a long time.
One of the main advantages of the offered sleeves is their improved frost resistance and increased elasticity compared to analogues offered on the Ukrainian market.
Each sleeve has an international quality certificate, the entire production process is certified according to ISO-9.001/2.000 and ISO-9.001/2.008 standards.
