Innovative point unit for processing and precision sowing, in particular, of corn, soybeans, rapeseed, sunflower. The XZACT system is equipped with an electronic metering system that allows precise sowing of individual seeds. Constant hydraulic pressure on each lever of the sowing coulter ensures a uniform seeding depth. The system is equipped with a seed dosing mechanism with vacuum adjustment, which allows you to accurately place them regardless of size. Each seeding section is equipped with a metering disc and a separation device to prevent missed or duplicate seeds. The independent drive from the electric motor allows you to maintain the same distance between the sown seeds, even with variable operating speed. Unlike the classic hoppers of precision seed drills, the mini-reservoirs located on the coulter levers of the Pro-Til XZACT units are filled with seed material automatically using the feed mechanism located in each section of the dispenser. Seed feeding is carried out from the main hopper of the MZURI unit, which continues uninterrupted operation and reduces downtime. The bracket of the seeder moves in two planes, vertical and horizontal, which allows working in the upper layer of the strip of soil that is being processed. Thanks to this, the seed is placed exactly in the center. The Pro-Til XZACT unit is additionally equipped with specialrolling wheels for compacted soils. This excludes the formation of zones of increased aeration in the soil, which ensures uniform germination of seeds and limits drying of the soil. Depending on the type of crops sown, replaceable seed discs are available.
