The average wort yield is 50-60%. Often compared to Tokai wines such as Furmint. We conducted several comparative tastings - the similarity is very distant, except for the characteristic straw color. We made a semi-sweet still wine from Bukovinka, harvested grapes in sugar 24 in reaching full physiological maturity. Unlike Tokay varieties, Bukovinka has a unique aroma: pronounced fruit and flower shades. It is not easy to make a good aromatic dry wine from this variety, the preservation of a bright aroma is somehow connected with the bitterness at the end of the taste, a dry wine with a restrained aroma can be made with 19-20 sugar accumulations.
