The principle of operation of a vanepump
Combined vanethe pump is represented by a vane pump and an oil-air separator combined into one component. From the point of view of the principle of operation, the combined vane pump can be divided into 2 main parts: the vane pump and the oil and gas separator. The vane pump as a whole, installed in the combined pump housing together with the filter screen, overflow valve and oil outlet valve, is collectively called the vane pump part. And the part of the combined pump, different from the part of the vane pump, is the oil and gas separation part. In addition, the function of the oil-gas separator is to separate the gas from the oil and discharge it outside the machine. It can filter out impurities in oil, which provides clean oil without gas and impurities for users.

The location of the filter is a low-pressure chamber, the oil intake of the low-pressure chamber is connected to bellows, and the part where the oil-gas separation pipe is connected is a high-pressure chamber. In general, the oil and gas separation pipe connects to the oil outlet of the vane pump below one end, and the oil outlet of the vane pump below the other end. In addition, a safety valve and an oil drain chamber behind the oil outlet valve are connected. Meanwhile, the cavity where the float is located is an atmospheric pressure chamber, and the atmospheric pressure chamber communicates with the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe.
