Design features:
• In order to optimize the strength of the structure and extend the service life, the design bureau developed a reinforced frame that has proven itself well in field work on soils of differentcomposition and density. The frame is made of high-class European steel grade S355J2H;
• The arrangement of nodes of the working bodies in 3 rows ensures thorough continuous cultivation of the soil;
• Does not clog when cultivating with a high harvest residue (distance between working bodies from 68 to 90 cm.) Clearance in the working position is greater than that of standard KPS cultivators (57 cm.). As a result, the speed of soil processing and productivity increases;
• The unit of the working body (bracket, S-post, arrow foot) is created by Bellota. During operation, the powerful S-post, thanks to its special parameters, keeps the arrow paw in the horizontal plane strictly at the specified depth (does not go back and does not dig in), thus preparing an excellent seed bed, uniform for the entire treated surface of the field. The vibration of the working body, which is formed during the work, effectively contributes to the grinding and loosening of the soil into a fine fraction. Thus, smaller lumps of soil are placed in the lower part of the treated layer, which allows good moisture retention and ensures rapid and uniform seed germination;
• The use of arrow-shaped paws made of boron-containing steel produced by Bellota guarantees high-quality cutting of weeds and the resource of their uninterrupted operation, which is more than 2 times higher than domestic analogues;
• The vibrocultivator is equipped with a two-row spring harrow. Thanks to the significantly improved adjustment of attack angles and horizontal location, the harrow perfectly copes with the task of "combing" cut weeds;
• The design of the slides behind the spring harrow, developed over many years of experience, is equipped with spring compensating mechanisms, which allows the vibrocultivator to effectively grind, crush clods of earth and compact the surface layer of the soil;
• Vertical lifting of the cultivator into the transport position occurs with the help of two hydraulic cylinders and provides
