The autoclave is made of food grade stainless steel AISI 304: the body is 2 mm thick, the cover is 4 mm thick. The presence of a bimetallic thermometer with a brass sleeve makes operationautoclave more convenient, as there is no need to pour/drainoil from the thermometer sleeve.
Allautoclaves are tested for tightness at a pressure of 8 Bar (working pressure 4 Bar).
