The autoclave of this model has a large capacity (50 half-liter cans), it is perfect for processing a large amount of production. The presence of a solid heating element (heating element) with a temperature regulator greatly simplifies the operation of the autoclaveautoclave - you only need to program the automation to the desired operating mode (according to the recipe) - the automation will perform the autoclaving process without your intervention.

The autoclave is made of AISI 304 food grade stainless steel: the body is 2 mm thick, the bottom and lid are 4 mm thick. The bottom is additionally reinforced with stiffeners.

Allautoclaves are passed tightness test at a pressure of 8 Bar (working pressure 4 Bar).
