Repair of hydraulic pumps of Liebherr pumps in Ukraine.Hydraulic motor repair Liebherr. Liebherr hydraulic pump repair. High-quality diagnostics of a hydraulic pump or hydraulic motor is the key to the success of its repair. Not only the repair price, but also the timing of the repair will depend on how accurately the hydraulics determined the list of failed pump elements. On the stand, the instruments show only whether the pump is working or not, whether it gives nominal pressure or not. And quality diagnostics includes disassembling your hydraulic pump, sometimes completely, in order to test all elements in detail and accurately determine the ones that have failed. This is also necessary for the reason that in a failed pump, as a rule, not one element is defective, but several, due to the precision of the steam. During disassembly, it is also possible to identify parts of the pump that are still in good condition, but their resource will soon be exhausted, so it is also desirable to replace them, which will increase the service life of the hydraulics. After diagnosis, it sometimes turns out that the pump you brought is no longer repairable or, on the contrary, that it is fixed, but does not work as it should because it is not regulated. It turns out that too many elements have failed and the repair price may be close to the cost of a new one, or vice versa, that some gasket costing a penny has blown off. Therefore, meeting the customer, in order to save his money, our company decided not to charge a diagnostic fee when contacting us withrepair of hydraulic pumps or hydraulic motors.
