In terms ofheat output fuel pellets made of barley and oat bran are not inferior to pellets made of wood, but at the same time they have a considerable economic advantage due to the lower price, which allows you to significantly reduce the costs of heating the premises in the heating season. Pellet burning tests showed that they are not prone to sintering and their combustion takes place in full volume, but it is desirable that the boilers be equipped with an ash removal system.
