Yesterday my friend had to fill out a bunch of paperwork. She sits filling it out, I wait patiently, the sales manager next to her tells me what and where to write, sign up, etc. I hear an excerpt of the conversation:(//tractor-service.com)
- Here is your surname with initials and paint...
- And write the initials in full?
- No, only 2 letters.
Evidently, no such questions were asked yet.
