Instructions for use:

Add 40 liters of water at room temperature to a container with a volume of 50 liters.
Add 9 kgsugar.

We add package No. 2 (Components of nutrient medium).

Package No. 1 (Special alcohol yeast) is diluted in 2-3 liters of prepared sugar syrup. Wait for 15-20 minutes. Stirring from time to time, we pour them into thecontainer.
4.
Mix and put in a warm place (25 - 30 °C).
Fermentation will last 3 - 3.5 days.

If we use 9 liters of sugar, we will get 9 liters of strong homemade drink.
If we use 6 liters of sugar, we need to use 30 liters of water, and we will get 6 liters of drink.
