The reaper provides a harvesting system with high productivity and no losses. After the operation of this harvester, only stems and leaves will remain in the field, it allows you to harvest the sunflower in the shortest possible time, which means less dependence on atmospheric precipitation and better quality of harvested material.

The use of high-quality components and materials, the use of simple but functional structural systems, minimally reduces maintenance costs and time. With the help of the aggregation kit (transition frame), the harvester can be used on anygrain harvester.

SPEEDMOTION OF HARVESTER INCREASED

Due to the passive feeding of stems to the cutting knife, the speed of the combine has increased significantly.

MODERNIZED MOUNTING OF THE REDUCTION DRIVE OF THE SHIFT DRIVE

The attachment of the scythe drive reducer in this harvester protects the side of the harvester from dynamic loads (vibrations, shock loads), thus increasing reliability and extending the service life;(//tractor-service.com)

REDUCED Clogging AND MOISTURE OF SEED

The cut of the sunflower under the basket itself contributes to the reduction of contamination and moisture of the seed, and also reduces the load on theharvester due to less threshing and additional cleaning;

ADDED RUBBER APRONS

Rubber fabric aprons on the front casing soften the impact of the baskets on the casing, which helps to reduce losses;

FREE MOVEMENT OF THE HARVESTER THROUGH THE ROW

The possibility of harvesting sunflower in any direction, both along and across the row, regardless of the sowing direction.
