Microporous rubber, Dnipropetrovsk region.

Microporous rubber with improved characteristics is this heat-vibration-insulating elastic composite material with a closed-cell structure.
Microporous rubber is manufactured according to TU.U.24254805.002-97 and is intended for the internal lining of heat, vibration and noise insulation of transport machines, heat, vibration and noise insulation of ventilation and air conditioning systems, production of vibration isolation and damping gaskets, for heat insulation of domestic and industrial refrigeration units and climate chambers, technological parts for sealing panels before pouring polyurethane foam in heat exchange devices, production of tourist and sports equipment. Specially designed as damping pads for the form. It is possible to use a damping-insulating gasket when making bulletproof vests. For the production of damping gaskets in boxes for transporting fragile and dangerous objects. As sealing gaskets for sewage systems. For cladding and heat and noise insulation of domestic and industrial premises. And also as a heat-, vibration-, noise-insulating base before laying linoleum, laminate.
When flame retardants are added to the composition of this material, microporous rubber does not support combustion.(//tractor-service.com)
Microporous rubber is produced in plates, thickness from 2 to 25 mm, size: 500x700 mm.
Plates can be with one-sided or two-sided mounting adhesive layer based on acrylic dispersion and protected anti-adhesive coating.
