Produced pipes and shaped elements of pipelines according to their quality and technical characteristics meet the requirements set forth by the regulatory and legal basis for this production in Ukraine.
Pipes pre-insulated with polyurethane foam are now widely used in central heating networks. The proposed "pipe-in-pipe" design has proven to be very reliable and effective and is designed for a service life of at least 25 years at coolant temperatures up to +1400С (with a short-term increase to +1500С).(//tractor-service.com)
The steel pipe and the layer of polyurethane foam are protected by a polyethylene sheath or a spiral-wound sheath made of galvanized steel.
Pipe products are manufactured with a system for monitoring the moisture of the heat-insulating layer to determine the location of damage to the waterproofing shell or leakage in the steel pipe or without it (as agreed with the customer).
